Spice rub for pork or fish

From Mark Bittman


Just mix together:
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder (I use cayenne or ground chilies)
2 tbsp. paprika (I use smoked)
